*The Warlock is in the Grand Wizard’s Palace on the couch wearing a black tuxedo while The Grand Wizard is on the throne*
W: Welcome to my father’s palace for another edition of Oscar’s Month here at Warlock’s Movie Realm. Remember last year I couldn’t do Rocky because I already did it years earlier and watched Taxi Driver instead? Well tonight will be similar since the winner of Best Picture in 2014 was actually Birdman…which I did years ago. Have no fear because I found a suitable replacement for Birdman in tonight’s movie. Tonight we will be watching the 2014 bio war drama AMERICAN SNIPER which was nominated for Best Picture but didn’t win. Directed by Clint Eastwood, AMERICAN SNIPER focuses on the real US Navy Seal Chris Kyle and events in his life that had him tabbed as the best sniper since Vasily Zaitsev. Bradley Cooper plays Chris and since I don’t know too much about the life of Chris Kyle, I don’t have any bias going into this like others would. Usually Clint Eastwood doesn’t miss whether its acting or directing so we’re going to find out if this measures up to Birdman. So grab your popcorn, grab your drink and grab your woman because its time for AMERICAN SNIPER.

Wi: “Navy S.E.A.L. sniper Chris Kyle’s pinpoint accuracy saves countless lives on the battlefield and turns him into a legend. Back home with his family after four tours of duty, however, Chris finds that it is the war he can’t leave behind.”
W: Apparently Jesse “The Body” Ventura took a lot of heat for attacking Chris posthumously.
